Children's Chorus of Greater Dallas Summer Singing Camp,  www.thechildrenschorus.com.
Activities include singing, playing hand bells and giving a concert for family and friends. One week session for children entering grades 4-8, M-F, morning or afternoon.

Kindermusik Adventures Camps,  www.soundsteps.com.
Singing, dancing, instruments, and stories for infants - 7 year-olds accompanied by parent or caregiver meeting once a week for 5 weeks, or daily for one week. Also, one- week introduction to piano and guitar camps for children ages 6 and up, morning or evenings.

Open to students entering 7th grade or higher in fall 2010, college students, and adults of all ability levels. Beginner, intermediate, advanced, professional, educators are all welcome. Be part of an international rock orchestra led by Mark Wood in rehearsals with concerts throughout the week, culminating in a final concert with all campers and faculty in front of an audience on the last night!

Midwest Young Artists is pleased to announce the Third Annual Young Musicians Chamber Music Camp, held at the MYA Center at Fort Sheridan in Highwood, Illinois. Young Musicians Chamber Music Camp is designed to be a beginning level chamber music experience for students in 8th grade or lower as of Fall 2010. There will be one week this year. The camp is open to strings players (violin, viola, cello) and pianists. Prior chamber music experience is not necessary. Sessions are held in the morning and include 3 hours of instruction each day. The noon hour is utilized as meeting time for all registered students to discuss topics of interest and to have performances.

Stringendo School For Strings Summer Academy is a four week period in which a select group of approximately eighty accomplished young string players ages 13 - 22 come together to work with some of the most sought after pedagogues, soloists, chamber and orchestral musicians in the world. Together with large blocks of uninterrupted practice time, chamber coaching, studio/master-classes, and ample performance opportunities these serious minded young musicians make great strides in their respective musical careers.

The New Conservatory of Dallas is the most comprehensive music program in the area for pre-college string students. Through string orchestra, chamber music and solo experiences, students are provided with educational and performing opportunities supported by the musically nurturing environment of the Conservatory.
